At VERG we believe that people should be offered support, encouragement, and guidance to progress towards employment. We appreciate that this can be a slow and complex process for some people which is why it can be a different journey of every individual.
We are committed to supporting people where they need it, when they need it and for as long as they need it.
Our Sector specific programmes can include employability training, accredited training, work placements, job brokering and a Disc Assessment
We equip people to be ‘job ready’, be able to access mainstream support, and be open to further learning and more able to sustain employment. Our sector specific programmes support participants to build aspiration, motivation and self-confidence while developing key employability skills.
